The organizing committee for the Civic List ComunitAttiva where levies the confidence of the community to administer the Pomarance, initiate the project''FREEDOM 'ENERGY''which will include the construction of the Municipal Energy Plan (PEC).
The ultimate goal of the project will be to satisfy the energy needs of all inhabitants of the City through the production of renewable energy. Will be performed a study to determine the consumption of the entire apparatus of local and all the inhabitants of the municipality. The project will be continued to provide progress reports as the first progressive step to meet the energy needs of the municipal structure. We will be among the first municipalities to use 100% renewable energy. Nella seconda fase l’obiettivo sarà di produrre energia per soddisfare i fabbisogni energetici di tutta la comunità. Obiettivo indipendenza energetica dal petrolio. Non è escluso che si possa sviluppare ulteriormente il progetto generando più elettricità del necessario, immettendola sulla rete Enel per generare profitti per la comunità. Useremo vento, sole, biomasse e le basse entalpie geotermiche, un mix energetico che ben si adatta al nostro territorio. Dobbiamo riconoscere che la fine dell’era del petrolio a basso costo è un opportunità più che una minaccia, per progettare un nuovo modello di sviluppo energetico a bassa emissione di anidride carbonica, per vivere in un mondo migliore.

This project will be studied and proposed alla comunità che potrà partecipare attivamente alla sua realizzazione. Potremo soddisfare le condizioni del protocollo di Kyoto nel quinquennio 2009-2014. Per quanto concerne le emissioni di anidride carbonica da produzione energetica l’obiettivo sarà l’impatto zero. Ci sono realtà che utilizzano forme societarie no-profit che possono permettere, con la vendita di energia al gestore della rete, di ridistribuire i profitti per pagare le bollette elettriche di tutti gli abitanti della comunità. Il progetto, oltre alla produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili e al risparmio energetico, mira a fare sistema, a coinvolgere tutti gli attori del territorio (scuole, agricoltori, cooperative, commercianti, imprenditori, associazioni,…) to build a network of renewable energy and promote sustainable tourism. Finally we will design a''Park''teaching to promote renewable energy use and to create a tourist attraction and pedagogical tool. The overall project will have an important reflection on the local economy, quality of life, the regional tourism and business activities. We want young people to change, less influenced by ideological views (which, having had their validity in the past are not up to date) that could hinder the planning of the future.
