ACQUA: SAN DALMAZIO, SENZA DIRITTI...

Abbiamo saputo che la sorgente sfruttata per il servizio idrico è soggetta, in caso di violente piogge, a intorbamento delle acque, e produce una crisi idrica per il servizio di approvvigionamento giornaliero al paese. Chi deve pretendere la soluzione del problema? E’ un problema di investimenti sulla linea di adduzione o ci sono altri problemi sconosciuti? Perché, per esempio, durante i lavori per la realizzazione del teleriscaldamento a Montecastelli, non si è stesa una nuova tubazione all’interno dello stesso scavo, che da Sesta collega Montecastelli, e che poteva permettere di risolvere il problema collegandosi all’acqua della carlina che, per caduta, poteva arrivare a Montecastelli, agganciandosi poi alla tubazione che porta l’acqua dal torrente pavone. Raggiunto questo punto di presa, per arrivare alla distribuzione di San Dalmazio, ci sono circa 2 km. di tubazione che avrebbero garantito l’approvvigionamento idrico con acqua della carlina agli abitanti di San Dalmazio, risolvendo definitivamente il problema. Ma potevano esserci anche altre soluzioni. Tra l’altro 2 km di tubazione necessaria per questo intervento sono stati utilizzati in puretta per collegare un pozzo inutilizzabile e sul quale sono stati spesi altri soldi. La tubazione è ancora inutilizzata.

dress Serrazzano to 100x100 and I am a disabled person with limited mobility, are among the signatories of the organizing committee for the Civic List ComunitAttiva, some may remember me having read some of my article published on the parapet concerning the removal of architectural barriers, and problems encountered by me to live is in a wheelchair in my country and around the Pomarance, precisely because of the so-called barriers. Reading the parapet of the March 7, I find an article entitled: POPULISM and misinformation, I carefully read until I wrote''OF THE TOWN FOR THE LEAD POMARANCE Ente FUNZIONE RELATIVA ALL’ABBATTIMENTO DELLE BARRIERE ARCHITETTONICHE’’. Non posso crederci rileggo più volte ma è proprio vero, e pensare a ciò resto sconcertato e vi spiego il perché. A Serrazzano io non posso accedere alla farmacia comunale, non posso accedere all’ambulatorio anch’esso comunale, e tutto a causa delle barriere architettoniche, inoltre sul marciapiede comunale che porta alla banca è stato messo molto accuratamente un cassonetto raccolta carta in modo da rendere difficoltoso il passaggio con la carrozzina, non ho accesso alle poste, ho dovuto lottare mesi anzi un anno per avere un posto auto nella piazza comunale riservato a disabili, quando è stato realizzato era un posto auto normale con le stesse misure solo di colore giallo, ma tutti sanno che i parcheggi per disabili devono essere di dimensioni maggiori per permettere di aprire lo sportello e affiancare la carrozzina, questo il nostro assessore ai lavori pubblici forse non lo sapeva, così il posto riservato a disabili è restato inutilizzato per mesi, solo poco tempo fa è stato correttamente allargato, ma non è stato risistemato il manto stradale della piazza che presenta buche pericolose da affrontare in carrozzina, inoltre sulla strada comunale che porta a casa mia, molto tempo fa è stato eseguito uno scavo per ripristinare un tubo dell’acquedotto, bene quello scavo è ancora da ripristinare tanto da rendere impossibile o quanto meno pericoloso il passaggio con la carrozzina, questo solo nel paese di Serrazzano, a Pomarance moltissimi marciapiedi sono inagibili con la carrozzina, anche fatti di recente, molti presentano sconnessioni ed ostacoli, gli attraversamenti pedonali sono stati realizzati in posti dove non vi sono scivoli per scendere o salire con la carrozzina. Questi sono solo una minima parte delle barriere architettoniche presenti nel nostro comune, a questo punto mi sento fortunato a vivere a Serrazzano visto che abito nel comune capofila per l’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche, pensate voi se abitassi in un altro comune come sarei messo. Vorrei dire inoltre a chi a scritto l’articolo sulla Spalletta di mettere nome e cognome oltre ad Unione Democratica Pomarance, per sapere e conoscere chi scrive ciò e portarlo with me for a ride to our common, but not for walking, but to do so by the disabled, and make them understand what problems faced by disabled people in our municipality.
