The organizing committee for the Civic Party ComunitAttiva, candidate for leadership of Pomarance the forthcoming local elections, met with community Montecerboli. Citizen participation was large and qualified. The delegation of ComunitAttiva explained the purpose and the principles of the civil list, and underline the importance of local communities in a participatory and transparent new report for the construction of a shared program. Participatory budgeting is one of key decisions for the communities of the villages in cooperation with the government, if ComunitAttiva win the election. The junta will be traveling and periodically will meet in the villages to listen to and planning of interventions agreed upon during the participatory budget. The many contributions of citizens have highlighted issues that are dragging on for years but find no solution. The most obvious and discussed was the passive role of directors in respect of Enel SpA, which dominates''territory''as if he owns us and guests, some interventions were explicit:''Who is the guest? We ol'Enel? Why is the common policy of Enel passively? Halve the occupation and abandon the territory tons of asbestos without the municipality, for 15 years, the reclamation obligations to a rapid and effective. Why? The houses collapsed and did not even order a proper fence, but who controls it? Also contracts with huge discounts are outsourced, which then subcontract to local companies that often are not paid. Anche sui contributi Enel, che il comune riceve (legge 896) da molti anni in forma di indennizzo per l’impatto prodotto, molte sono le domande: ‘’ come vengono spesi? quanti sono? perché non sono stati utilizzati per creare occupazione? perché non sono stati utilizzati per abbattere finanziamenti per investimenti di nuove imprese che creano occupazione?’’
Altro capitolo la viabilità, ‘’dai tempi del principone è ancora quella, almeno lui aveva previsto di portare la ferrovia a Larderello…’’, negli ultimi anni solo promesse, progetti, promesse, projects, but ... nothing. Il proprietario della rete idrica, il Comune, corresponsabile della situazione non può continuare a tollerarla, senza intervenire sul gestore per risolverla. Per ultimo, non per importanza, il turismo ‘’disorganizzato’’, senza un progetto organico e l’Ospedale di Volterra, il nostro ospedale, che viene subdolamente smantellato senza nessuna resistenza, senza alcuna difesa da parte dei nostri amministratori. Perché?
Tutte problematiche che esigono nuove risposte, che non devono più essere tollerate passivamente, che devono vedere la comunità e il gli amministratori uniti per la difesa del nostro territorio.
