Ma i rifiuti sono veramente un problema?
Ogni anno sono depositati dai napoletani circa 540.000 tonnellate di rifiuti. Dove metterli? Cosa farne? Bruciarli? E quanto inquinamento ne viene fuori?Un bel problema! Certo se si affronta cosí la situazione è veramente un problema insolubile. Ma è possibile affrontarlo in maniera diversa?
